Does the Radio Frequency Nano Fractional Micro Skin Needling hurt ?
A Venus Viva™ treatment may be slightly uncomfortable, but not painful. You’ll feel some heat, similar to the feeling of sunburn, and your face will look pink/red right after the treatment.
What is included in the Radio Frequency Nano Fractional Micro Skin Needling Skin treatment?
Immediately after your treatment you will spend 20 minutes under the Omni Heal Infrared/ Red heal light which will significantly reduce any feeling of any facial heat.
Then a soothing and cool Hyaluronic Serum Mask will be applied for another 15 minutes. By the time you leave your treatment your skin will feel comfortable and hydrated
WHAT CAN I PUT ON MY SKIN AFTER A VENUS VIVA™ TREATMENT?
For 24 hours after your Venus Viva™ Skin Resurfacing treatment it is important not to apply anything to your skin. After the 24 hour period has passed you may resume your usual routine but no Vitamin A or Retinol serums/creams should be used for the following 10 days. In addition hot baths or showers, massages, rigorous exercise, and any activity requiring direct skin contact or causing excessive perspiration in the treatment area should be avoided for two days post-procedure.
How will my Skin feel the following day after a Venus Viva™ treatment?
Your skin may be a little pink for the follow 2 days. This is totally normal and can be covered by makeup. By day 3 your skin will feel quite dry which means the skin is healing. By day 7 the new skin will have come through and your skin will feel soft and hydrated with a youthful glow.
HOW MANY RADIO FREQUENCY VIVA™ LASER MICRO NEEDLING TREATMENTS ARE REQUIRED?
You will see immediate results 7 days after your first treatment and your skin will continue to improve.
We recommend 3-4 Venus Viva™ treatments which are performed at four to six week intervals. The number of treatments required will depend on the condition of your skin.
Can I do other treatments like IPL with a Venus Viva™ Skin Resurfacing treatment.
Absolutely, many clients do an IPL first to eliminate sun damage and age spots and then do a Venus Viva™ skin resurfacing.
